Administrator HR - Greenford 

Are you an experienced administrator looking for a dynamic role in Human Resources? We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as an HR Administrator, contributing to the overall development of the HR department and the success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all administrative queries, managing the HR general enquiries' email inbox, and directing queries to the appropriate team members or departments.
  • Facilitate the recruitment and onboarding process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for new hires.
  • Handle routine correspondence letters promptly, including change of details, starters, leavers, references, and promotions.
  • Address payroll issues through effective communication with departmental managers, payroll, and finance functions.
  • Maintain the company's HR systems, update data, manage absence records, and generate reports as needed.
  • Execute general office administrative duties such as handling security cards, filing, scanning, copying, collating, stationery orders, refreshments, and meeting bookings.
  • Create and manage personal files, including archiving when necessary.
  • Assist in booking travel and accommodation as required.
  • Undertake ad hoc HR duties and projects as requested by the team.

Technical Skills / Knowledge / Person Specification:

  • Five GCSE grades C - A* (or 4-9 or Equivalent), including Maths, English & ICT. Proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Qualification in HR or related subject would be desirable.
  • Solid experience as an administrator, showcasing strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Team player capable of working under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexible attitude towards work with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Maintain discretion and total confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to tackle both mundane and challenging tasks with equal enthusiasm.
