Our Client a leading and busy M&E contractor with a £400m turnover require a Group HSEQ administrator is to support governance processes, develop systems and support in-house training delivery and, on occasion, site support or audits across the Group companies based in their Middlesex Head office

Responsibilities include:

Collating and validating routine incident data to meet internal and parent company requirements.

Analysing incident trends and propose action plans under the guidance and direction of IES HSE Mgr. and Group EHS Director

Collating and validating Group reporting (monthly HSE, 6 monthly CO2 and Waste, CRC, ESOS etc)

Helping develop and managing digital solutions (e.g. BIRT, CGA Flex) including managing shared third party HSE certifications (e.g. SafeContractor, Achilles)

Maintaining the IES PDS and HSE Management System and support effective coordination of the IES ISO certification process.

The desired individual will be an experienced administrator proficient in MS Office, document control software and wishing to develop a career in HSE and Quality.
