€90,000-100,000 DOE + Package

Our company is currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Project Manager to be working onsite in Holland, Netherlands for a leading engineering services contractor currently involved in complex technical projects in life sciences, pharmaceutical and data centre schemes across Europe. The organisation’s division includes Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Sprinkler and Fire Protection and also offer other exceptional services in Off Site Fabrication, Waste to Energy (BioEnergy),  Technical Support Services, Asset Management, Specialist Lift, Maintenance, BIM (Building Information Modelling) and Geo-Surveying. 

As an Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of electrical projects including planning, execution and delivery. You will collaborate closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure that the projects are completed on time, within the budget and to the highest quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities will include: 

• Manage project resources including, manpower, materials and equipment to ensure efficient project execution.

• Develop comprehensive project plans including scope of work, schedule and budget in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.

• Maintenance of quality and health and safety standards in line with internal procedures. 

• Supervise electrical installation activities on site ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety standards and quality requirements.

• Manage regular site inspections and audits to monitor progress, identify issues and implement corrective actions that are needed.

• Proven record delivering Electrical projects from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, on time and within budget. 

• Commercially and contractually competent with a good understanding of project P&L. 

• Proven ability to manage an existing core cross-functional team / develop the team. 

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Relevant 3rd Level Electrical Qualification essential.  

• Commercially focused.

• Electrical trade background would be advantageous. 

• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role is essential.  

• Experience of managing Electrical projects is a distinct advantage. 

• Excellent delegation and organisational skills. 

• Ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team essential. 

• Ability to work and collaborate with the wider project team essential. 

• Strong communications skills, both written and oral required.

• Excellent IT skills.
