CSA Construction Manager – Data Centres – Dublin

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced CSA Construction Manager join our team. This position will be based on-site in Dublin, Ireland.

Responsibilities

•    Leadership of CSA Site Activities Lead and manage all Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) site works, ensuring execution in line with project scope, schedule, budget, and safety requirements.
•    Contractor & Stakeholder Coordination Oversee and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring all CSA works integrate seamlessly with MEP, commissioning, and client-side requirements.
•    Construction Planning & Scheduling Develop and maintain detailed CSA construction schedules and work plans, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks to avoid delays.
•    Quality & Compliance Oversight Ensure all CSA works meet design specifications, local building codes, and quality standards through inspections, audits, and proactive issue resolution.
•    Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) Enforcement Drive a strong safety culture on-site by enforcing HSE protocols, conducting safety walks, and leading toolbox talks to ensure zero incidents.

Requirements

Must have 5+ years’ experience Managing large scale construction project
Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background
Data Centre experience is preferred

Benefits

€80,000 - €90,000 + Benefits
