About the Role: Main role will be to support the SHEQ team with all documentation such as:

• Providing administrative support to the SHEQ Team

• Compiling alerts & chasing team to ensure there are some each week

• Compiling of Monthly Reports • Compiling Monthly Man Hours

• Compiling Presentations on PowerPoint The candidate will be required to attend all prestart meetings for projects, providing literature and setting up and organising of room. The SHEQ administrator will be required to also take minutes The candidate will assist the site teams with set up including:

• Preparing of Site Files & Documentation • Document Management

• Managing Weekly Returns from sites • Saving and logging information including returns and site inspections

• Assisting with archiving of projects following QM close out.

• Updating and issuing of phone lists and address lists weekly

• Assisting the team where necessary with SHEQ audits The candidate will also assist with preparation and formatting of documents within the SHEQ system. Assisting QM with Deltek (Document Management System) implementation and support The candidate will also assist the Quality Manager with completing SHEQ and accreditation Questionnaires. Ensuring that all relevant procedures are adhered to Document Control, Archiving, NDA’s etc. Skills Required:

• Good eye for detail and very organised • Excellent Outlook & Microsoft office skills (Essential)

• Excellent communication Skills

• Excellent verbal & written English

• Must be able to work as part of a team

• Must have good telephone manner

• Excellent time management and ability to prioritise

• Ideally has previous experience working in construction

• Must be compliant with internal review processes

• Has an eye for detail and accuracy List is non-exhaustive, there will be various ad hoc duties within the department. The successful candidate will report to the Quality Manager
