Location: Andover Salary: c£400per day
Our client, the UK’s leading facilities management and professional services company require a Project Manager with experience in fitout for a commercial fit out project in Andover. This is a contract role duration approx 20 weeks to commence early September.
You will have proven experience as a successful Project Manager with experience in interior fit-out and refurbishment. You should have worked on projects with a value between £100k-£10m. You should be confident at dealing with people and possess the skills to communicate confidently and effectively with end user clients and consultants.
As a Project Manager your experience will include the following:
·Most likely to have demonstrable experience within the fit-out and refurbishment industry
Day to day duties include:
·Responsibility for production
·Quality & safety
·Conversant with bills & contracts
·To represent the company at monthly progress meetings, design meetings, internal cost meetings, safety meetings etc
Line reporting by surveyors for individual contracts
