Electrical Contracts Manager - Germany - Data Centre

In the capacity of an Electrical Contracts Manager, you will hold a pivotal position in ensuring the successful development, implementation, and completion of projects within specified timelines. Your role will involve close collaboration with the Project Manager to oversee site coordination and operations, driving the achievement of key project milestones and ensuring overall project success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reporting directly to the Operations Director and Division Director.
  • Holding overall responsibility for budgets, schedules, quality, and health and safety across projects.
  • Demonstrating the capability to manage multiple projects as needed.
  • Engaging with clients and key project stakeholders as required.
  • Collaborating with the relevant Director to pursue business expansion through tendering and negotiation of new work.
  • Reviewing tender submissions, preparing valuations, and reporting on the same.
  • Cultivating and strengthening relationships with clients.

Skills and Requirements:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Essential third-level qualification in Electrical Building Services/Electrical Engineering.
  • A background in the electrical trade is advantageous.
  • Experience in the delivery of healthcare projects is beneficial.
  • Minimum of 5+ years' experience in a similar role is essential.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.
  • Experience with Revit would be advantageous.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build effective working relationships.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced team environment.
