Senior Commercial Manager

Location: Frankfurt, Germany Salary: Circa €115k - €140k euros + full rotational package

Our client is established Mechanical & Electrical subcontractor. They undertake MEP packages on behalf of Tier 1 main contractors across the UK and Europe. Their European team primarily undertakes large HVAC / Mechanical packages on data centre and similar high-tech projects 

They have just secured a €50m mechanical package of works on a 50 MW data centre project in Frankfurt and we are now seeking a Commercial Lead to join the team 

This isn’t a back-office numbers job — they need someone who can take full ownership of the project commercials, manage the supply chain, handle client-facing duties, and keep things tight on cost, risk, and reporting.

What You’ll Be Doing:
•    Leading the commercial delivery of the mechanical package
•    Managing subcontractor accounts, procurement, variations, and claims
•    Working closely with the Project Director and wider site team
•    Producing monthly CVRs and keeping cash flow healthy
•    Keeping the client relationship strong and commercially sound

What They’re Looking For:
•    A strong MEP commercial background — mechanical bias preferred
•    Experience running large packages (€30m+) from start to finish
•    Someone commercially sharp but practical and collaborative on-site
•    Fluent in the finer points of NEC or similar forms of contract
•    EU work rights (or visa sorted)
