Location: Stratford Salary: Excellent salary & benefits package

Project Manager required for large internal fit out to residential new build development in Stratford – for the next 12months just about to get underway.

 

Specifically need a PM with NEC experience – candidates must have project managed a NEC project previously, it has different process to JCT and is more administrative.

 

The package is circa £1m for over 1 year – Partitions, Ceilings and Metsec (so fit out experience on larger projects would be beneficial).

 

As well as NEC project experience, a valid SMSTS, CSCS & First Aid certs are needed – with a track record of delivering similar internal fit out projects of a couple £ million in value
