Project Administrator – Twickenham We are seeking a proactive Project Administrator to join a busy construction team in Twickenham. This role will focus on supporting project administration while occasionally providing Executive Assistant support, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. Support procurement processes, maintain project trackers, and manage the site office efficiently.
• Reporting & Board Packs
Assist in preparing board packs, client progress reports, and project documentation, including photos and materials reports.
• Document Management
Organise and maintain project documentation on SharePoint and Asite, keeping records accurate and accessible.
• Cross-Functional Support
Provide ad-hoc support to the project team and Executive Assistant duties where required, ensuring operations run smoothly.
• Team Collaboration
Work closely with project managers, site staff, and stakeholders to maintain project continuity and contribute to a positive, professional environment.
• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
