Senior Quantity Surveyor – Infrastructure – Dublin

We are currently partnering with a globally recognised cost consultancy with a proven track record in a variety of industries. They have a healthy pipeline of works for years to come and due to continued growth are now seeking several experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join their team in Dublin to aid with various infrastructure construction projects (i.e. Rail, Water, Aviation, Energy etc.).

Responsibilities

Leadership in Cost Management – Oversee the preparation, monitoring, and control of project cost plans and budgets, ensuring accuracy and alignment with client objectives.

Procurement Strategy – Lead procurement activities including the preparation of tender documentation, bid evaluation, and negotiation to secure best value outcomes.

Contract & Commercial Management – Administer major contracts (NEC, FIDIC, or equivalent), managing change control, variations, claims, and dispute resolution processes.

Financial & Risk Reporting – Provide senior-level commercial insight through accurate reporting, cash flow forecasting, and risk analysis to support client and project decision-making.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement – Act as a trusted senior advisor, building and maintaining strong client relationships, while coordinating with contractors, consultants, and regulatory stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Team Leadership & Mentoring – Support the professional development of junior team members, providing technical guidance and ensuring best practices are applied across projects.

Requirements

Must hold valid MRICS qualifications

Successful candidate must hold relevant degree level quantity surveying qualifications

Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on Infrastructure projects

Must be based within commutable distance of Dublin

Benefits

€70,000 - €90,000 + Excellent Package
