Senior MEP Delivery Lead – Data Centre Projects (Sweden)
€125,000 - €135,000 + Package | Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,200 Net Living Allowance
 

We are working with a leading engineering contractor delivering major data centre projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior MEP Delivery Lead to join their on-site project team in Sweden.
 

This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving the successful delivery of mechanical and electrical works on a large-scale data centre project. You will lead MEP site teams, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
 

This role suits an experienced MEP professional who can take ownership of complex packages, lead multidisciplinary teams, and act as a key decision-maker on site.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all MEP site activities across mechanical and electrical packages
• Manage subcontractors and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery
• Drive programme performance, sequencing, and daily/weekly planning
• Ensure full compliance with QA/QC, HSE, and project specifications
• Coordinate closely with project managers, engineers, and design teams
• Review drawings, resolve technical issues, and manage design changes
• Monitor productivity, resources, and site progress against programme
• Lead site meetings, reporting, and progress updates to senior management
• Support commissioning readiness and system handover activities
• Ensure all works are delivered to data centre standards and client expectations

About You

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or similar)
• Strong experience delivering MEP works on large-scale construction projects
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience preferred
• Proven ability to lead MEP teams and subcontractors on site
• Strong understanding of MEP coordination, sequencing, and delivery
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
• Commercial awareness and ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
