Electrical Project Manager – Data Centre Projects (Sweden) €110,000 - €125,000 + Package | Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,200 Net Living Allowance We are working with a leading engineering contractor delivering major data centre projects across Europe. Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint an Electrical Project Manager to join their on-site project team in Sweden. This is a senior delivery role responsible for overseeing the full electrical scope on a large-scale data centre project. You will manage site teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure all works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role suits an experienced electrical project professional who can lead complex delivery packages and drive performance across fast-paced mission critical environments.
Key Responsibilities • Lead productivity through effective weekly and daily work planning
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or Building Services (or similar)
• Coordinate all electrical installation and design activities across site teams
• Manage subcontractors and ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery
• Monitor programme, budget, and project performance against targets
• Ensure full compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements
• Track labour, resources, and productivity across all phases
• Oversee complete electrical installation from start through to commissioning
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and project stakeholders
• Lead and support site teams including supervisors and foremen
• Coordinate with other trades to ensure smooth site operations
• Review and approve project documentation and site reports
• Prepare weekly reports including progress, risks, labour, and procurement updates
• Chair weekly site meetings with safety, QA, BIM, and project teams
• Ensure all actions are tracked and closed out effectively
About You
• Strong experience delivering large-scale electrical projects
• Data centre or industrial project experience preferred
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multidisciplinary teams
• Strong understanding of electrical systems and installation delivery
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to perform in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
