We are working with a leading European data centre delivery contractor who are seeking two experienced CSA Construction Leads to join a major project in Sandviken, Sweden.

These are senior site-based leadership roles responsible for managing the Civil, Structural, and Architectural (CSA) works on a large-scale data centre project. You will lead CSA site teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe, high-quality, and programme-driven delivery in a fast-paced construction environment.

These roles suit experienced CSA construction professionals who can take full ownership of site delivery, drive performance, and manage complex construction interfaces on mission-critical projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all CSA (Civil, Structural & Architectural) site activities
• Manage CSA supervisors, engineers, and subcontractor teams
• Drive safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery across all CSA works
• Oversee site safety in coordination with project and EHS teams
• Manage programme, sequencing, and short-term lookahead planning (4–12 weeks)
• Ensure alignment between design, procurement, and construction activities
• Review drawings, identify issues, and support technical resolution
• Manage subcontractor performance, progress tracking, and resource levels
• Chair weekly CSA progress and coordination meetings
• Support QA/QC processes, inspections, and quality compliance
• Maintain strong reporting, documentation, and project closeout processes
• Support commercial teams with variations, change control, and claims awareness
• Ensure smooth coordination with MEP and BIM teams across site interfaces

About You

• Background in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related discipline
• Strong CSA/site delivery experience on large-scale construction projects
• Experience delivering data centre or industrial projects preferred
• Proven ability to manage subcontractors and site teams
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage fast-paced, technically complex site environments
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and programme delivery
