A top-tier construction consultancy is expanding rapidly across Europe, with a strong focus on data centre projects. They are seeking a Cost Consultant up to Associate Director level to join their Madrid office and lead high-profile developments across Spain and beyond.

This is a strategic opportunity to work on cutting-edge Data Centre projects, manage key client relationships, and shape the future of mission-critical construction delivery. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead CSA cost management across major data centre projects
• Deliver cost planning, budgeting, procurement, and contract administration
• Manage project teams and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
• Build and maintain strong client relationships
• Support business development and account growth
• Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple regions
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team development

 Requirements

• Proven experience in CSA Cost Management
• Strong background in data centre construction
• Experience with a consultancy, contractor, developer, or client-side organisation
• Excellent stakeholder and client-facing skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams
• Fluent in English; Spanish language skills are a plus
• Willingness to travel across Europe
