BIM Manager – Data Centre – Dublin

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced BIM Manager to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Ballymount, Dublin.

Responsibilities

•   ACC Build Implementation & Management
Lead the company-wide deployment and optimisation of Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC Build), ensuring consistent workflows for RFIs, Reviews, Technical Submittals, Asset Management, and associated processes.
•   Training & Capability Development
Develop, deliver, and manage comprehensive ACC Build training programmes for project teams, engineers, and site personnel to drive platform expertise across the business.
•   Standards & Documentation Control
Maintain, update, and create standardised BIM and ACC procedure documentation, ensuring full alignment with ISO 19650 Information Management standards.
•   CDE Governance & Information Management
Oversee the setup, governance, and continuous improvement of the Common Data Environment (CDE), ensuring accuracy, compliance, and efficient information flow across all Data Centre projects.
•   Reporting & Data Analytics
Drive standardised reporting across the organisation by leveraging platform-generated information and developing analytics dashboards (including Power BI where beneficial) to support project performance and informed decision-making.

Requirements

•   Must have relevant degree level qualifications
•   Must have 5+ years of experience within the construction industry, ideally on large-scale or mission-critical projects such as Data Centres.
•   Must have in-depth knowledge of ACC Build (Autodesk Construction Cloud), including RFIs, Reviews, Technical Submittals, Asset Management, and all associated workflows.
•   Must be based within a commutable distance of Ballymount, Dublin
