Senior Quantity Surveyor – Data Centre Retrofit – Düsseldorf

Location: Düsseldorf, Germany
Salary: €90,000 base + €28,000 EU allowance + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our team on a data centre retrofit project in Düsseldorf. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a smaller-scale but highly technical project, supporting the successful commercial delivery from pre-construction through to project completion.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all cost-related aspects of the project, ensuring financial efficiency and control.
• Prepare and review tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities, and other documentation.
• Provide accurate reporting and forecasting to the project team and senior management.
• Lead subcontractor management including negotiations, variations, and final accounts.
• Ensure compliance with company processes and client requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar discipline.
• Proven experience working on data centres, high-tech, or similar complex projects.
• Strong commercial awareness and contract knowledge.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Package:

• Base Salary: €90,000
• EU Allowance: €28,000
• Flights and shared accommodation provided.
