Senior Planner (x2) – Dublin | Leading MEP Contractor | Major Data Centre Projects

€90K–€100K + Full Package | Permanent Role | 8–10 Years’ Experience Required | EU Passport Essential
 

We’re seeking two experienced Senior Planners to join a leading international MEP contractor working on major data centre and commercial projects in Dublin. These are high-profile, technically challenging builds offering long-term stability and genuine career growth with one of Europe’s top-tier construction companies.
 

This role is ideal for experienced planning professionals with strong exposure to large-scale mechanical and electrical or mission-critical projects, who can take ownership of full project planning, programming, and reporting from pre-construction through to handover.
 

Responsibilities:

• Develop, manage, and update detailed project programmes using Primavera P6
• Work closely with Project Managers and Engineering teams to drive project performance
• Analyse progress, identify risks, and provide mitigation strategies
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and recovery plans for senior management and clients
• Ensure project schedules align with key milestones, budgets, and resource allocations
• Lead progress meetings and coordinate with subcontractors and design teams

Requirements:

• 8–10 years’ experience in project planning, ideally within MEP or data centre projects
• Strong working knowledge of Primavera P6 and MS Project
• Excellent understanding of construction sequencing, critical path analysis, and risk management
• Proven ability to lead planning on large-scale technical builds (€50M+)
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
• EU Passport / Right to Work in Ireland required
