Senior Bids Writer - Data Centres - Dublin

We are currently partnering with a Tier-2 Design and Build contractor specialising in Data Centres across Europe. Due to continuous growth, they are looking to expand their team further with an experienced Senior Bids Writer in Dublin, Ireland

Responsibilities

•   Tender Content Development
Lead the development of clear, compelling, and technically accurate written responses for PQQs, EOIs, RFPs, and full tender submissions. Collaborate with technical, operational, and commercial teams to articulate win themes and project delivery strategies.
•   Bid Strategy & Messaging
Work closely with the Bid Manager and Business Development team to shape bid narratives, ensuring all written material aligns with client expectations, bid strategy, and our value proposition in the Irish and European data centre markets.
•   Content Management & Template Creation
Maintain and refine a library of standard responses, case studies, CVs, and project methodologies. Continuously improve the quality and consistency of written content across all submissions.
•   Stakeholder Coordination
Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs), project teams, and leadership to gather input for responses. Translate technical input into clear, professional narrative suited to client requirements and submission criteria.
•   Compliance & Quality Control
Ensure all written content is compliant with client instructions, tender scoring criteria, and internal quality standards. Manage review processes, proofread submissions, and oversee final formatting prior to submission.

Requirements
5+ years of bid writing experience in the construction, engineering, or infrastructure sectors
Data Centre Experience is preferred
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Ireland
