Senior Bid Coordinator – Data Centres – Dublin

We are currently partnering with a multidisciplinary consultancy with a global record of successful delivery on a range of projects including, but not limited to, Data Centres, Recladding, Medical Projects, Nursing homes, Clinics and many more. 

Due to continuous growth, they are now seeking a well experienced Senior Bid Coordinator to aid with Data Centre construction projects, being based in the Dublin office.

Responsibilities

•    Senior Bid Leadership & Strategic Coordination
Lead the full bid lifecycle from early engagement and PQQ through to final submission, developing and managing detailed bid programmes, responsibility matrices, content plans, and submission schedules across multiple departments.
•    Visual Strategy & Design Excellence
Set and maintain best-in-class visual standards for all bid submissions, producing high-impact graphics including methodologies, process diagrams, layouts, infographics, CV templates, organograms, timelines, and case studies aligned with corporate branding and client expectations.
•    Content, Compliance & Quality Assurance
Ensure all submissions are fully compliant with client instructions and evaluation criteria, leading proofreading, formatting consistency, version control, and final quality reviews to deliver accurate, compelling, and professional submissions.
•    Senior Stakeholder & Leadership Engagement
Act as a senior interface between Business Development, Operations, Estimating, Engineering, and Executive Leadership, supporting bid strategy development, executive presentations, pitch materials, and client interviews.
•    Team Development & Process Improvement
Mentor and support junior bid coordinators and marketing staff while owning and continuously improving bid systems, templates, content libraries, and processes, keeping pace with industry best practice and competitor standards.

Requirements

Must have 6+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must be based within a commutable distance of Dublin
Must have advanced graphic design capability with extensive experience in high-quality bid production.

€85,000 - €90,000 + Package
