QAQC Lead – Data Centre – Mons

Our client is a large and well-established MEP Sub-Contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major Mechanical & Electrical Packages on behalf of Tier:1 main contractors involved in ‘technology’ schemes including Data Centres, Pharmaceutical, Semi-Conductor plants and heavy industrial projects.

Due to continued growth, our client is now seeking an experienced QAQC Lead to join their team based on a Data Centre build in Mons, Belgium.

Responsibilities

•   Lead MEP Quality Assurance & Control – Oversee the implementation of QA/QC procedures for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and international standards.
•   Inspection & Testing – Manage and coordinate all inspections, testing, and commissioning activities for critical MEP installations, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
•   Quality Documentation & Reporting – Prepare, review, and maintain quality plans, ITPs, checklists, and test reports; issue NCRs where required and ensure timely closure.
•   Interface with Stakeholders – Collaborate with the project team, client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement.
•   Handover & Compliance – Ensure all MEP systems are fully validated, tested, and documented for final handover, supporting commissioning teams and achieving data centre readiness.

Requirements

Must have 10+ years’ experience in a similar role preferably on Data Centre construction on similar large scale construction projects
Must come from an MEP Background
Must have relevant degree level qualification or equivalent trades background
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Belgium

Benefits

€110,000 - €130,000 + Full Rotational Package OR €500 - €600 per day
