QA/QC Manager – Residential Projects (Cork)

A Tier 1 Irish contractor with a strong reputation for delivering major residential and mixed-use developments is seeking an experienced QA/QC Manager to join their Cork team. The company is known for high-spec delivery, excellent site standards, and a stable project pipeline across the region.
 

You will oversee quality control across all phases of construction, ensuring compliance with design, building regulations, and company standards on large-scale residential schemes.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all QA/QC processes for residential builds
• Implement and maintain project quality plans
• Conduct inspections, audits, and snag management
• Review drawings, specifications, and method statements
• Work closely with site management and subcontractors
• Ensure full compliance with BCAR, ISO standards, and building regs
• Produce quality reports and support sign-off / handover processes

Requirements

• 5+ years’ QA/QC experience (residential or commercial)
• Strong knowledge of Irish building regulations and quality processes
• Excellent documentation, organisation, and communication skills
• Ability to manage quality across multiple blocks/phases
