  • Monitor progress against programme, identifying risks, delays, and recovery strategies
  • Produce short-term lookaheads (2, 4, 6, and 12-week) to support construction planning
  • Coordinate closely with construction, engineering, and commercial teams to align programme and resources
  • Analyse schedule impacts from design changes, procurement delays, and site constraints
  • Support change management, EOT assessments, and mitigation planning
  • Provide accurate weekly and monthly programme reporting to senior project leadership
  • Interface with subcontractors to validate schedules and progress updates
  • Support commissioning and handover sequencing to meet client milestones
  • Ensure programme data is accurate, consistent, and aligned with reporting standards

Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience delivering programmes on data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, or industrial projects
  • Proficient in Primavera P6 (essential) and Microsoft Project
  • Strong understanding of CSA, MEP, and commissioning sequencing
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-pressure site environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • EU passport or right to work in Portugal required

  • Work on a flagship hyperscale data centre campus in Sines
  • Long-term pipeline of European mission-critical projects
  • Strong support from experienced planning and project leadership teams
  • Competitive salary with full overseas package
