MEP Lead – Data Centre – Sweden

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector.
We are pleased to announce that they are currently seeking an experienced MEP Lead to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Sandviken, Sweden.

Responsibilities

MEP Project Oversight
Lead the full lifecycle delivery of Mechanical, Electrical, and Public Health systems, ensuring all installations meet data centre performance, quality, and safety standards.
Design & Technical Coordination
Work closely with designers, consultants, and specialist subcontractors to review drawings, resolve technical queries, and ensure constructability and compliance with project requirements.
Site Management & Compliance
Monitor MEP works on site, conduct regular inspections, and ensure all activities follow programme timelines, local regulations, and strict safety protocols.
Planning, Scheduling & Interface Control
Manage MEP sequencing, track critical-path activities, and coordinate interfaces with architectural, structural, and commissioning teams to maintain smooth project delivery.
Testing, Commissioning & Handover
Oversee system testing and commissioning processes, ensure robust QA/QC documentation, and support final handover of all MEP systems to meet stringent data centre operational standards.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
Must have 10+ years’ experience managing MEP Packages on large scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Sweden

Benefits

€110,000 - €125,000 + Full Rotational Package
