MEP Cost Manager – Data Centre Projects – Amsterdam, Netherlands

€85,000 – €100,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + living allowance

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the commercial and contractual performance of MEP packages on major data centre projects.
• Deliver value-for-money solutions, ensuring compliance with commercial, procurement, and contractual strategies.
• Provide cost planning, estimating, procurement, and post-contract services.
• Support the team with environmental, health, safety, and quality compliance.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, driving repeat business and long-term partnerships.
• Mentor and manage junior team members to foster a high-performing team environment.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related technical discipline.
• MRICS accreditation (or working towards it).
• Proven experience in Mechanical & Electrical Cost Management within the construction industry.
• Previous data centre project experience is highly desirable.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with a focus on client delivery.
• Prior experience with a consultancy, contractor, or client-side organisation.
• Ability to work in Amsterdam – EU passport or existing right to work required.
