Mechanical QAQC Lead – Denmark – Data Centre

We are currently partnering with a bespoke Fire, Security and IT Solutions design, installation and support provider operation on Major Construction and Mission Critical projects across Europe. Due to continued success, they are seeking a Mechanical QAQC Lead to join them on a Data Centre Project in Denmark.

Responsibilities

•   Lead Mechanical QA/QC Strategy & Site Implementation
Take ownership of the mechanical quality assurance and control strategy across the project, ensuring all installations are delivered in line with company standards, client specifications, and industry best practice.
•   Manage Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Quality Documentation
Develop, implement, and oversee ITPs, check sheets, and quality records for all mechanical systems, ensuring accurate completion, traceability, and alignment with commissioning requirements.
•   Drive Quality Across Fast-Track Data Centre Delivery
Work closely with construction, engineering, and commissioning teams to maintain exceptional quality standards within a high-pressure, fast-paced programme, proactively identifying and resolving defects.
•   Interface with Client, Consultants & Supply Chain
Act as the key point of contact for all mechanical QA/QC matters, managing inspections, walkdowns, and sign-offs with client representatives, consultants, and subcontractors.
•   Support Commissioning & Handover Excellence
Ensure all mechanical systems are delivered “right first time,” supporting pre-commissioning, commissioning, and final handover processes with fully compliant documentation and zero-defect objectives.

Requirements

Must have relevant Degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ background
5+ years experience in a similar position on large scale construction projects including Data Centres
Must have EU Passport or Danish RTW
