We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the delivery of major mechanical packages on a flagship hyperscale data centre project. You will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme delivery, managing multiple subcontractors, and liaising closely with the client to achieve all project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the planning, coordination, and delivery of all mechanical works, including HVAC, pipework, ducting, and associated systems
• Ensure all works are delivered in line with contractual specifications, project schedule, and budget
• Lead mechanical teams and subcontractors, ensuring safe systems of work and high-quality installations
• Develop and monitor the project Quality Plan and inspection/test plans in collaboration with QA/QC teams
• Liaise directly with the client on progress, technical queries, and issue resolution
• Oversee testing, commissioning, and structured handover of mechanical systems
• Coordinate closely with electrical and CSA teams to ensure seamless integration across all disciplines

Candidate Profile:

• Mechanical engineering degree or trade qualification in a mechanical discipline
• Proven experience delivering mechanical packages on large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large site teams and multiple subcontractors
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, chilled water, pipework, and associated mechanical services
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage client relationships effectively
• Must hold an EU passport to work in Sweden without visa sponsorship
