Our client is a well-established engineering & construction main contractor delivering major new-build data centre projects across Northern & Central Europe. The company provides full turnkey delivery—from initial design through to civil works, MEP installation, commissioning and final handover. With a current turnover of €1.3bn and steady annual growth of 10–15%, they are expanding their delivery teams across the region.
They are now looking to appoint an Integration Supervisor to support the delivery of a €500m+ data centre project in Finland.

Role Overview:
Reporting to the Integration Manager, the Integration Supervisor will help coordinate and monitor key interfaces across various project disciplines—civil, architectural, structural, MEP, and commissioning. This hands-on role will focus on ensuring that different trades and subcontractors work in sequence, that integration points are clearly communicated and tracked, and that potential clashes or issues are identified early.

Key Responsibilities:
•   Support the integration of works across trades and phases to align with the construction schedule.
•   Assist in managing day-to-day interface coordination between subcontractors and consultants.
•   Monitor handover requirements and ensure documentation and sequencing are aligned.
•   Escalate coordination issues, risks or delays to the Integration Manager.
•   Attend integration and coordination meetings; document actions and follow-ups.
•   Help maintain project tracking tools, logs, and look-ahead schedules related to integration.
•
Requirements:
•   Previous experience supporting complex, fast-paced construction projects, ideally in data centres or other mission-critical environments.
•   Familiarity with MEP systems, general construction sequencing, and commissioning processes.
•   Strong coordination and communication skills.
•   Ability to work collaboratively with site teams and subcontractors.
•   Technical qualification in engineering, construction management or a similar field preferred.
