Integration Manager – Data Centre Project Location: Sines, Setúbal, Portugal A leading European data centre delivery contractor is seeking an experienced Integration Manager to join a large-scale hyperscale development in Sines, Portugal. This is a critical coordination role responsible for aligning design, construction, commissioning, and client teams to ensure seamless project execution across all CSA and MEP disciplines.
This position is ideally suited to a construction professional with strong experience in complex, fast-paced mission-critical environments.
• Coordinate and report on all integration planning and execution activities
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• €115,000 – €125,000 salary
€115,000 – €125,000 + Rotation + Accommodation + Travel + EU Allowance

The Integration Manager will act as the central coordination point for all interface management activities across the project lifecycle — ensuring milestones are achieved safely, on time, and in line with quality and commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
• Act as single point of contact for integration scope delivery and milestone tracking
• Identify and manage construction phasing deliverables across CSA & MEP systems
• Develop and maintain the Integration Execution Plan
• Provide bi-weekly progress updates covering design, procurement, installation, and handover
• Chair internal and client integration meetings
• Oversee Telecom Material Procurement compliance
• Coordinate snagging, commissioning, and handover activities with the client
• Participate in weekly design workshops and coordination meetings
• Support site onboarding, H&S documentation, and method statement approvals
• Ensure integration works comply with statutory and project safety requirements
Essential Criteria
• 5+ years’ on-site project management experience within construction
• Experience delivering data centre, pharmaceutical, or complex infrastructure projects
• Strong understanding of CSA & MEP interface coordination
• Telecom design and installation experience advantageous
• Excellent stakeholder management and reporting skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple interfaces in high-pressure environments
