HSE Advisor – Data Centre – Amsterdam Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight. Responsibilities • Support Site HSE Operations: Assist in implementing the project’s HSE management system, ensuring safe systems of work are consistently applied across all activities. Requirements Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (Preferably Data Centres) Benefits €65,000 - €75,000 per annum + Accommodation + Travel + Flights + Rotation + Overseas Allowance
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor join our team. This position will be based on-site in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
• Compliance Monitoring: Conduct regular inspections, audits, and site tours to verify compliance with company standards, client requirements, and Dutch/EU regulations.
• Incident Reporting & Investigation: Record and report all incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, supporting root cause analysis and follow-up actions.
• Training & Induction: Deliver toolbox talks, safety briefings, and site inductions to promote a strong safety culture and awareness among all personnel.
• Environmental Responsibility: Monitor environmental controls on site, including waste handling, spill prevention, and energy efficiency initiatives.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with supervisors, subcontractors, and client representatives to maintain a proactive and transparent safety culture across the project.
Must have relevant Health & Safety qualifications i.e. NEBOSH
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Netherlands
