Location: Sweden Salary: £55K + Package

Our Client, a very busy £400m turnover contractor require a seasoned, highly experienced and qualified Health, Safety, Quality & Environmental professional with 4+ years gained working with a main contractor with preferred Data Centre experience. The Health & Safety officer will be based on a data centre project in Sweden. You will be NEBOSH certified, with responsibilities which include:

To ensure health & safety compliance, working as part of a small Health & Safety Team,  supporting the whole organisation, with particular emphasis on:

  • Audit and inspection
  • Health and Safety risk
  • Policies and procedures
  • Analysis of monthly health and safety performance
  • Health and Safety quality standards.

Covid Marshalls will also be required who are the eyes and ears of the local community, providing a high visibility patrolling presence, providing advice to residents, and members of the public on COVID regulations and how to stay safe. The role of COVID-19 secure marshals or equivalents such as wardens, stewards and ambassadors is not to enforce COVID-19 regulations, or have any enforcement powers, which should remain the remit of the police and designated local authority compliance and enforcement officers. COVID-19 Secure Marshals or equivalents should engage, explain and encourage best practice and national COVID-19 secure guidance.
