Electrical Supervisor – Data Centres – Amsterdam, Netherlands

Salary: €80,000 - €90,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + Living Allowance
 

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will play a hands-on leadership role on a hyperscale data centre project in Amsterdam.You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the electrical installation works, managing subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality standards are met, and supporting project delivery within budget and schedule.

This is a rotational position with a full package, making it ideal for experienced supervisors seeking to progress their careers in mission-critical environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Take a leading role to drive productivity by implementing and monitoring weekly and daily work plans.
• Supervise electrical installation works across the project to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to ensure alignment on project deliverables.
• Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Monitor labour tracking sheets, analysing workforce allocation and productivity.
• Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines, quality, or cost.
• Maintain continuous communication with project managers and client representatives.
• Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project delivery on time, within budget, and to specification.
• Provide mentorship and leadership to junior team members and subcontractor staff.
• Support testing, commissioning, and handover processes as required.

Requirements

• Recognised electrical trade qualification or certification.
• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role within a mechanical and electrical contracting environment.
• Data centre or mission-critical project experience is highly advantageous.
• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel for reporting and planning tasks.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-specification construction environment.
• EU passport or valid right to work in the Netherlands.
