Electrical Supervisor - Data Centre – Eskilstuna, Sweden

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. 
We are pleased to announce that they are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join their team. This position will be based on-site in Eskilstuna, Sweden

Responsibilities

Hyperscale Electrical Works Supervision
Supervise and control all electrical installation activities across the hyperscale data centre, ensuring works are delivered in line with programme milestones, technical specifications, and strict data centre standards.
Electrical Subcontractor Management
Lead, coordinate, and monitor electrical subcontractors on site, driving productivity, sequencing works effectively, and ensuring seamless integration with other trades and packages under the main contractor’s delivery model.
Health, Safety & Compliance Leadership
Enforce the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance for all electrical works, ensuring RAMS, permits, and site procedures are followed in line with hyperscale data centre and main contractor requirements.
Quality Control, Testing & Commissioning Readiness
Oversee quality inspections, snagging, and progressive sign-off of electrical installations, ensuring systems are fully prepared for testing, commissioning, and client acceptance in a mission-critical environment.
Site Coordination & Reporting
Work closely with the Project Manager, construction team, and engineering disciplines to provide accurate progress reporting, support short-term planning, and proactively resolve site and technical issues.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level electrical engineering qualifications or equivalent trades’ background
Must have 3+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Sweden

Benefits

€75,000 - €85,000 per annum + Full Rotational Package
