We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor with experience managing large site teams on major electrical packages, ideally in mission-critical or hyperscale environments. You’ll play a key role in ensuring quality, compliance, and coordination across multiple electrical systems — from containment and distribution to ELV, security, and fire protection.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate, implement, and maintain the project Quality Plan and inspection/test plans in line with client specifications
Communicate contractual quality requirements to site teams and support functions
Work closely with the client on all quality-related matters, ensuring consistent communication and proactive issue resolution
Review, audit, and monitor compliance with the Quality Plan, liaising with internal audit teams
Lead the resolution of all quality issues at both management and supervisor level
Coordinate the structured handover of all quality records to the client on a system-by-system basis
Implement a structured approach to systems handover and project completion
Supervise electrical personnel (teams of 30+), ensuring safe systems of work, quality installations, and adherence to programme deadlines
Candidate Profile:
Electrical trade qualification or engineering degree in an electrical discipline
Experience on data centre or other mission-critical projects highly desirable
Familiar with security, fire alarm, lighting, small power, ELV, and containment systems
Proven leadership skills managing large electrical teams (30+ operatives)
Strong quality focus with the ability to manage inspections, testing, and compliance documentation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively between client, site teams, and management
