Electrical QC Lead / Electrical Project QC Lead – Denmark

€110,000 - €120,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + €1,300 Net Living Allowance Per

We’re working with a leading international engineering contractor delivering high-value projects across Europe, and are currently seeking an Electrical QC Lead / Project QC Lead for a major project in Denmark.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business with a strong 5+ year project pipeline, working on cutting-edge engineering projects within sectors such as data centres, pharma, and power infrastructure.

You’ll be part of a high-performing, multi-disciplinary team, playing a key role in delivering projects safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

As Electrical QC Lead, you’ll take ownership of quality control delivery and project compliance, leading system walkdowns, inspections, and turnover processes across complex electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead quality control activities across the full project lifecycle
• Develop and manage Project Quality Plans & ITPs
• Plan and lead system walkdowns (W1/W2/W3) and handover
• Define system boundaries and manage test packs
• Oversee inspections, snagging, and defect close-out
• Implement First of Kind / Benchmark programmes
• Review construction methodologies including offsite manufacturing (OSM)
• Track quality performance, identify trends, and drive improvements
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective actions
• Coordinate with engineering, commissioning, EHS, and stakeholders
• Produce weekly and monthly quality reports

About You

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or similar
• 5+ years’ experience in quality control (data centres highly desirable)
• Strong knowledge of QA/QC systems and industry standards
• Experience with system turnover, commissioning, and inspections
• ISO9001 Internal / Lead Auditor (preferred)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Trade background advantageous
• Willingness to travel
