Electrical QAQC Lead – Denmark – Data Centre

We are currently partnering with a bespoke Fire, Security and IT Solutions design, installation and support provider operation on Major Construction and Mission Critical projects across Europe. Due to continued success, they are seeking an Electrical QAQC Lead to join them on a Data Centre Project in Denmark.

Responsibilities

Lead Electrical QA/QC on Site-Based Data Centre Construction
Take full ownership of electrical quality across all site installations, ensuring works are delivered in line with drawings, specifications, and the stringent standards expected on mission-critical data centre projects.
Manage Inspections, Snagging & Installation Verification
Oversee inspections and walkthroughs of electrical systems including HV/LV distribution, cable containment, cabling, panels, and terminations—ensuring installations are completed correctly first time and defects are identified and closed out promptly.
Control ITPs & Electrical Quality Documentation
Implement and manage Inspection & Test Plans, check sheets, and quality records, ensuring all electrical works are fully traceable, signed off correctly, and aligned with progressive system turnover.
Coordinate with Site Teams & Electrical Subcontractors
Work closely with supervisors, package managers, and subcontractors to drive consistent quality across all electrical trades, resolving installation issues and maintaining high workmanship standards across a fast-track build.
Support Pre-Commissioning, Energisation & Handover
Ensure all electrical systems are installed, inspected, and ready for safe energisation and pre-commissioning, with full QA sign-off completed ahead of testing, commissioning, and final client handover.

Requirements

Must have relevant Degree level qualifications or equivalent trades’ background
5+ years experience in a similar position on large scale construction projects including Data Centres
Must have EU Passport or Italian RTW
