Electrical QA/QC– Data Centres – DD, Netherlands
Salary: €110,000 - €120,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + Living Allowance

As an Electrical QA/QC, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality and compliance standards are met across all electrical systems on a major hyperscale data centre project in Amsterdam.

You will lead quality assurance and quality control processes, oversee inspections and testing, and ensure all deliverables meet regulatory, client, and project specifications. This is a critical role requiring strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage stakeholders and documentation in a fast-paced construction environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare handover inspection and testing documentation, including operation and maintenance (O&M) manuals.
• Coordinate commissioning activities for electrical systems, collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Conduct full reviews of inspection and test documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Oversee and issue final handover packages to the client, ensuring completeness and quality.
• Ensure all electrical works comply with regulatory standards, codes, and client specifications.
• Perform regular quality inspections of installations and manage the closeout of defects.
• Supervise and verify that all testing procedures are executed correctly and documented thoroughly.
• Liaise with construction management teams, subcontractors, and clients regarding installation and quality matters.
• Attend quality-focused meetings, providing updates and technical input.
• Contribute to weekly progress reports, highlighting quality-related activities and outstanding issues.

Requirements

• Electrical Trade background and/or third-level qualification in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering (e.g., NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent).
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in a similar QA/QC or electrical quality role within large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of electrical installation and commissioning processes.
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to self-manage, prioritise workloads, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage, support, and motivate others.
• Previous data centre experience is highly desirable.
