Electrical QA/QC – Data Centre Project – Amsterdam, Netherlands
 

€110,000 – €120,000 base salary (local contract) + €1,200/month net living allowance + Flights + Accommodation + 10:4 Rotation

One of Europe’s leading mission-critical delivery contractors is seeking an experienced Electrical QA/QC Supervisor to join its high-performing team on a hyperscale data centre project in Amsterdam.
 

You’ll play a key role in managing inspections, compliance, and final handover of complex electrical systems — including MV/LV, UPS, switchgear, and generator packages — in a fast-paced, technically challenging environment.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee electrical inspections, snagging, and QA compliance for ongoing installation works
• Review and compile test packs, ITPs, and O&M documentation for client handover
• Ensure compliance with international standards and client-specific QA protocols
• Coordinate with commissioning and construction teams to validate works before energisation
• Close out defects and ensure punchlists are addressed systematically
• Conduct regular site inspections, track quality KPIs, and input into weekly reporting
• Attend quality reviews with the client, third parties, and internal teams
• Maintain structured and auditable QA/QC records throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Electrical trade background and/or NVQ/City & Guilds/3rd level qualification in Electrical or Building Services
• 8+ years’ experience in QA/QC roles on major construction or industrial projects
• Strong technical understanding of LV/MV systems, testing protocols, and commissioning readiness
• Familiar with ISO standards, FAT/FWT processes, energisation safety, and as-built validation
• Attention to detail, highly organised, with the ability to lead QA/QC activity independently
• Experience in data centres, pharma, or similarly regulated industrial sectors preferred
• Confident communicator who can liaise with site teams, clients, and QA stakeholders
