Electrical Lead – Data Centres – Finland

Our client is a €2bn turnover, Tier:1 main contractor operating across the UK, Ireland & Europe. They undertake major, complex schemes with a particular emphasis on Data Centres, Pharmaceutical and Life Science projects.

Due to continued growth in the region of their Data Centre projects division, our client is now seeking an experienced Electrical Lead.

Responsibilities

•    Project Leadership – Lead and coordinate all electrical works on site, ensuring delivery in line with project specifications, client requirements, and international data centre standards.
•    Subcontractor Management – Supervise and direct electrical subcontractors, ensuring safe, high-quality, and timely installation of systems and equipment.
•    Technical Oversight – Review and approve electrical drawings, method statements, and technical submissions, resolving design and installation issues as they arise.
•    Commissioning & Handover – Oversee testing, commissioning, and energisation of electrical systems, ensuring full documentation and smooth client handover.
•    Interface & Coordination – Act as the main point of contact for electrical works, liaising with project management, engineering teams, and client representatives to drive progress and resolve challenges.

Requirements

Must have 10+ years in a similar position on large scale construction projects (Preferably Data Centres)
Must have relevant degree level application or equivalent trades background
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Finland

Benefits

€100,000 - €110,000 + Full Rotational Package
