Electrical Lead – Data Centre – Frankfurt, Germany

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. 
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Lead to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Frankfurt, Germany.

Responsibilities

Electrical Leadership
Take full ownership of the electrical scope on a large-scale data centre construction project, leading delivery in line with programme milestones, cost controls, and quality standards.
Electrical Systems Delivery & Commissioning
Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical systems including HV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, lighting, and earthing systems, ensuring compliance with design intent and performance requirements.
Design & Stakeholder Coordination
Coordinate closely with design consultants, BIM teams, mechanical and CSA disciplines, subcontractors, and client representatives to manage interfaces and resolve technical issues.
Quality, Health & Safety & Compliance
Ensure all electrical works are delivered in full compliance with German regulations, project specifications, and health & safety standards, maintaining the highest levels of quality and site safety.
Team & Subcontractor Management
Lead, manage, and develop electrical engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors on site, driving productivity, accountability, and consistent high-quality delivery.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
Must have 8+ years’ experience in a similar role on large scale construction projects (including Data Centres)
EU Passport or RTW in Germany is preferred

Benefits

€100,000 - €120,000 + Full Rotational Package
