Electrical Engineer x 2 – Data Centre Project Location: Milan, Italy A leading European data centre delivery contractor is seeking 2 x Electrical Engineers to join a major hyperscale development in Milan. This role is ideal for experienced electrical engineers with a strong M&E contracting background who want to work on large-scale mission-critical infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate and review electrical drawings and technical submissions
• Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering (Bachelor’s or Master’s)
• €105,000 – €110,000 salary
€105,000 – €110,000 + Rotation + Accommodation + Travel + EU Allowance

The Electrical Engineers will support the delivery of electrical installation works on site, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring systems are installed in line with design, programme, safety, and quality requirements. You will play a key role in technical coordination, documentation control, troubleshooting, and supporting project handover.
Key Responsibilities
• Support electrical installation works in line with project programme
• Advise subcontractors on technical and compliance matters
• Monitor subcontractor performance and site progress
• Ensure compliance with health & safety standards
• Apply troubleshooting techniques and implement corrective actions
• Manage document control and maintain updated logs
• Prepare test packs and handover documentation
• Drive high housekeeping and safety standards on site
• Complete weekly safety reporting requirements
Essential Criteria
• 5+ years’ experience within an M&E contracting environment
• Data centre or mission-critical experience advantageous
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems installation and coordination
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Proficient in MS Word & Excel
