Electrical Engineer – Snes - Portugal €100,000 - €105,000 + Accommodation + Rotation + Travel + Living Allowance

This role sits within a high-performing engineering team supporting design development, installation, documentation, and compliance across a complex electrical systems package.
Role Responsibilities
Ensure all works comply with the Integrated Management System and project requirements.
Manage, review, and coordinate electrical drawings.
Support and advise subcontractors across all technical aspects of delivery.
Allocate and prioritise workload across the technical team.
Ensure subcontractor compliance with health & safety, project rules, and quality standards.
Apply effective troubleshooting and corrective action techniques.
Maintain accurate document control, ensuring logs remain up to date.
Produce test packs, handover packs, and ensure commissioning readiness.
Requirements
Relevant electrical qualification (Degree, MSc, HNC or HND).
5+ years’ experience within an M&E contracting environment.
Experience on data centre, industrial, pharma, or mission-critical projects advantageous.
Strong communication, organisational, and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
