Step into a career-defining role delivering one of Europe’s most advanced hyperscale data centres. You’ll be part of the leadership team driving the electrical engineering package from design review through to commissioning and client handover.

This is a mission-critical build for a global tech leader — complex systems, cutting-edge design, and zero room for error. You’ll work alongside world-class engineers, suppliers, and contractors to ensure every element is delivered to exacting standards, on time and on budget.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and manage the full electrical scope for your assigned package
  • Review design drawings, specifications, and IFC documents to ensure scope clarity and compliance
  • Coordinate with BIM teams to produce installation drawings and resolve technical queries
  • Oversee subcontractor performance, progress tracking, and manpower planning
  • Control procurement, materials, plant, and equipment to meet project timelines
  • Ensure site safety, QA/QC compliance, and project documentation are maintained to the highest standard
  • Support commissioning activities and manage snagging close-out before handover
  • Provide mentorship to junior engineers and promote best engineering practices
  • Report weekly on progress, risks, delays, and key deliverables to project leadership

What You’ll Bring

  • 5+ years’ experience with a recognised mechanical/electrical contractor
  • Proven track record on data centre, high-tech manufacturing, or mission-critical projects
  • Strong understanding of electrical systems, HV/LV distribution, ELV, and modular build methods
  • Excellent organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills
  • Confident in using project software (Primavera, BIM/CAD tools, MS Office)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • A proactive approach to managing risk, change, and technical challenges

Package & Perks

  • Base Salary: €70,000 – €80,000
  • Living Allowance: €30,000/year
  • Flights and accommodation provided
  • Rotation schedule for work-life balance
  • Opportunity to work on one of Europe’s most high-profile projects
