Electrical Engineer – Data Centre – Eskilstuna, Sweden

Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight.
We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer join our team. This position will be based on-site in Eskilstuna, Sweden.

Responsibilities

•   Design Coordination
Review and coordinate electrical designs for LV/MV systems, lighting, and containment, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, client requirements, and local standards.
•   Site Supervision
Oversee on-site electrical installations, maintaining strict standards of safety, quality, and technical accuracy throughout the construction process.
•   Project Collaboration
Work closely with project managers, consultants, and other engineering disciplines to align electrical works with overall project schedules and resolve any technical or interface issues.
•   Testing and Commissioning
Lead and support testing, inspection, and commissioning activities, verifying that all systems perform safely and efficiently before project handover.
•   Health and Safety Compliance
Promote and enforce adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, fostering a proactive safety culture across all electrical operations.
•   Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate records, drawings, and reports to support quality assurance, compliance tracking, and successful project delivery.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications or equivalent trades background
Must have 6+ years’ experience in a similar role or large-scale construction projects (preferably Data Centres)
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Sweden

Benefits

€80,000 - €90,000 per annum + Full Rotational Package (including 3/1 rotation, accommodation, travel, flights, Overseas Allowance etc.)
