You’ll be managing a world-class team, delivering a mission-critical facility to the highest standards of safety, quality, and technical precision.
The Role
Direct all on-site electrical works — planning, delivery, and daily coordination
Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning for complex power and control systems
Lead engineers, supervisors, and contractors across multi-phase programmes
Work closely with design teams to resolve technical challenges fast
Track budgets, variations, and ensure cost control throughout delivery
Maintain uncompromising safety and quality performance
Manage client handover and ensure complete project documentation
You’ll Need
Electrical trade qualification or engineering degree
5+ years leading large-scale electrical construction projects
Experience in data centres, high-tech manufacturing, or other mission-critical facilities
Strong knowledge of HV/LV distribution, ELV systems, and electrical infrastructure
Proven ability to drive programmes to strict deadlines
Skilled in managing diverse site teams and subcontractors
Proficiency with MS Office and construction management software

Base Salary: €95,000 – €105,000
Living Allowance: €30,000/year
