Document Controller – Data Centre Project – Remote ACC Setup

A leading European engineering and project delivery specialist is seeking a Document Controller to support the ACC setup phase of a major data centre programme. With a proven track record of delivering some of the most complex and high-value data centres across Europe, this organisation offers the chance to be part of a fast-growing, innovative team driving excellence in mission-critical projects.
 

This remote role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate management, control, and distribution of all project documentation during a high-spec commissioning phase. You will play a central part in maintaining accurate, accessible records to support the successful delivery of a mission-critical facility.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage project documentation and ensure compliance with company procedures and ACC requirements
• Track, log, and distribute project documents including drawings, schedules, specifications, submittals, RFIs, and reports
• Maintain a fully updated record of all project documents for easy access by relevant stakeholders
• Ensure smooth communication and timely notification of document updates to all project participants
• Support digital platforms and knowledge-sharing applications for document management
• Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure effective document flow

Candidate Profile:

• 4+ years’ experience in the construction or engineering industry, ideally on large-scale or technical projects
• Strong IT skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
• Experience with digital collaboration platforms and construction/commissioning systems desirable
• Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all project stakeholders
