CSA Supervisor Amsterdam, Netherlands Responsibilities Requirements Package
We are a specialist data centre delivery contractor providing full turnkey solutions across Europe, delivering projects from design through to construction across civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical and commissioning disciplines.
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced CSA Supervisor to join the project team on a major data centre development in Amsterdam. The role is site-based and focused on the coordination and delivery of civil, structural and architectural works.
• Coordinate and manage Civil, Structural and Architectural work packages, including roofing and cladding
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and subcontractor activities
• Manage site safety in collaboration with safety personnel, including setup, implementation and close-out
• Manage site QA processes alongside the project team
• Coordinate the project schedule with planners, project managers, subcontractors and consultants
• Track progress against programme and manpower levels; chair subcontractor meetings
• Support project cost tracking with the commercial team
• Manage site documentation and reporting
• Attend site meetings, internal reviews, engineering reviews, coordination and handover meetings
• Support project close-out, including punch lists, QA and safety files, final account support and handover documentation
• Participate in weekly commercial meetings to ensure variations are captured and processed
• Manage change control relating to cost and programme
• Review drawings and setting-out details
• Coordinate, distribute and close out CSA snagging
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related discipline
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in CSA delivery
• Proven experience managing CSA teams and subcontractors
• Strong experience in scheduling, programming and sequencing
• Experience working on large-scale MEP or data centre projects preferred
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
