Known for its technical excellence and successful delivery of some of Europe’s most advanced data centres, this is a rare opportunity to take ownership of end-to-end commissioning on a flagship hyperscale facility in Copenhagen.
You’ll lead the full commissioning programme across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems — from pre-construction strategy through to client handover — ensuring that every system performs to the highest standard in this state-of-the-art facility.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all commissioning phases from planning to final sign-off
Develop detailed commissioning schedules, progress trackers, and readiness reports
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and in-house engineering teams
Oversee commissioning of all MEP and control systems, ensuring integration and compliance
Manage documentation including test packs, O&M manuals, and compliance certifications
Attend and lead witness testing, inspections, and system demonstrations for the client
Ensure all works meet international best practice and local regulatory standards
Requirements:
Proven track record as a Commissioning Manager or Lead on large-scale MEP projects (data centre experience preferred)
Broad technical expertise across mechanical, electrical, and controls systems
Strong leadership and subcontractor management skills
Excellent organisational skills with a focus on deadlines, quality, and client satisfaction
EU passport holder or existing right to work in Denmark
