BIM Coordinator – Finland (x5)

We’re a market-leading turnkey data-centre delivery company, delivering across Europe from our Dublin base.

We are recruiting five BIM Coordinators to support the digital modelling and design coordination efforts across data‐centre construction projects in Finland. You will operate in high‐performance teams, linking design, construction and digital delivery functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate BIM models across disciplines (architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical) on data centre projects.
• Manage clash detection, federated model delivery and digital coordination workflows.
• Maintain BIM standardisation, naming conventions, model QA/QC and digital hand-over.
• Provide support to design and construction teams, helping drive the digital agenda.
• Travel and live as part of the project rotation – accommodation and travel provided.

Requirements:

• 4+ years’ experience in BIM coordination or digital engineering on large construction or data centre projects.
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/Autodesk Docs or equivalent.
• Understanding of MEP systems and data centre design environments.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills in a multi‐discipline, multi‐national context.
• Willingness to relocate/travel within Finland with rotation package.
