BIM Coordinator – Data Centre – Netherlands Our client is a dedicated Data Centre Construction company providing turnkey solutions to our clients, headquartered in Dublin and delivering throughout Europe. As an engineering-focused organisation, they have grown to become one of the leading and most trusted companies in our sector. We are currently constructing multiple Turnkey Data Centre Projects across Europe, equating to over 500 MW of IT load in flight. We are pleased to announce that we are currently seeking an experienced BIM Coordinator to join our team. This position will be based on-site in Amsterdam, Netherlands. Responsibilities • Model Coordination & Clash Detection: Requirements Must have 5+ years’ experience in a similar role Benefits €70,000 - €80,000 + Accommodation, Travel, Flights, Rotation and an Overseas Allowance
Lead the coordination of federated BIM models across disciplines (architecture, structure, MEP), identifying and resolving clashes using Navisworks or similar, ensuring design integrity and constructibility.
• Information Management & CDE Oversight:
Manage the project's Common Data Environment (e.g. BIM 360, Dalux, or Trimble), ensuring structured data exchange, proper file naming protocols, and adherence to BIM Execution Plan (BEP) standards.
• Design Team & Subcontractor Interface:
Act as the digital bridge between the design team, subcontractors, and site management, facilitating model updates, data drops, and technical clarifications to support construction sequencing.
• 4D/5D Integration Support:
Collaborate with planning and commercial teams to support the integration of 4D scheduling and 5D cost analysis, enhancing project forecasting and digital construction workflows.
• Quality Assurance & Compliance:
Ensure BIM deliverables comply with client standards, ISO 19650 requirements, and project-specific protocols. Support audit readiness and lead model reviews for quality, accuracy, and completeness.
Must have previous experience on Data Centres or similar large scale construction projects
Must have EU Passport or RTW in Netherlands
